This page explains how to request deletion of the data Metrix holds about you or about the accounts you connected, and what happens after you ask for it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to vortexlabcol@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address associated with your Metrix account, and include:

• Your Metrix workspace name, if you know it.
• The connected account you want removed (Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account or TikTok account), if your request is only about one of them.

You do not need an active session to ask. We confirm every request by replying to the same address before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• The OAuth access tokens we stored for your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google accounts.
• Profile and account identifiers obtained through those connections (page IDs, ad account IDs, usernames, email).
• Content created in Metrix for those accounts: drafts, images, videos, captions and publishing history.
• Advertising and performance metrics we synchronized from the connected accounts.
• Leads and contact records stored in the workspace, when the request covers the whole workspace.

How long it takes

We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming the request, and we write back when it is done. Access tokens are revoked immediately, on the same day we receive the request, so no further data can be read or published in the meantime.

What we may keep, and why

We retain billing and invoicing records where accounting law requires it, and security logs recording that a deletion took place. These contain no content from your connected accounts and are never used for marketing.

Revoking access yourself, right now

You can cut Metrix off without waiting for us. Removing the app stops all access immediately; it does not by itself delete what we already stored, so send the email as well if you also want the data removed.

• Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select Metrix → Remove.
• Business portfolio assets: Meta Business Suite → Settings → Apps → select Metrix → Remove.
• TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → Metrix → Remove.
